My computer problems (yes, again!) seem to have been sorted out - at work through installation of a new power supply in my pc and at home through some inexplicable Act of God. According to my ISP, there was never anything wrong from their end. There never is. ;) So I was preparing to format the hard drive and replace Win98 with XP, when lo and behold! - connectivity was re-established. Am baffled. Pleased, but baffled. Anyway, software update can wait till next weekend, and in the meantime, I'm back! ::beams::
