It feels like my entire flist is squeeing over the trailer for Serenity. Is Firefly really that good? *g* And should I just give in and order the dvds? ::ponders::

officialgaiman linked to these interview snippets with Susanna Clark, which I found interesting. Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell has been on my TBR pile since Christmas. Maybe when I finish my Hornblower read-through – which means Not Yet. It’s actually closer to Not For Quite Some Time Yet, since I’m only on Ship of the Line. *sigh* And I’m re-reading Patrick O’Brian at the same time. And I have the Tolstoy POB bio sitting here unread as well.

My father's out of hospital, which is great news. Not so great is the fact that they still don't know what's wrong with his leg. Not thrombosis, not anything the orthopaedic consultant recognised. Okay - so what the bloody hell is it then?
