Because we have to wait a whole week for more Shoebox Project...

Just in case there's anyone on my f'list who's into Remus/Sirius and who hasn't already seen this - well, the Theban Band have done it again. Nothing explicit, just a pic so intimate it makes me shiver - it's got tender vulnerable Remus, beautiful hands, and Sirius looking protective and...haunted - almost as if he's defying the viewer to intrude on their snatched moment of privacy.

And a R/S fic rec - The Arrangement by [livejournal.com profile] maybethemoon gave me the warm fuzzies without being slushy. I need an icon for these boys.

Okay, ten minutes later and I've made me an icon from the Theban pic. Whee! Do have a look at the full size version - the complexities of facial expression are lost in a 100 by 100 pixel square. But I still like my icon! ;D

OMG! I adore that pic. So beautiful. So, well, tender. And yes, gorgeously intimate. Just breathtaking. I've been using it as my wallpaper and I have to force my eyes away from it, so I totally understand why you'd feel compelled to make an icon. Which is lovely. :-)(Which reminds me, I need a R/S icon, too!)

I'll have to check out your rec; I've been gobbling down R/S like a maniac the last couple of weeks, so I may have come across it already. D'you like your stories sweet? Angsty? Porny? Other? Marauder-era? Post-Azkaban? Some combination of the above?

You may not have a R/S icon, but you do have that gorgeous Moony one, which I love. :)

I still have (s)lick Orli as my wallpaper. In a way, I was glad that it wasn't anything overtly slashy when I had my pc upgraded, since before handing it over, the technician cheerfully plugged it in to a monitor in a roomful of people. Silly to be such a closet slasher, I know... Hmph, now I'm wondering whether the technicians browsed the contents of my hard disc while they were fixing it. If they did, I hope they had fun!

R/S recs - I don't have a preference for type of story, really. Marauder era is good, as is post-Marauder, and post-Azkaban - I'm not fussy. As long as they're well written... ;D

This icon? :)

When I had to take my puter in for repairs once, it didn't even occur to me that there might be incriminating evidence for the techs to see. . .until they were handing it back to me. The guy made some comment about the guy sneaking in my door and it took me a minute to realize he was talking about the picture of Robin I was using as wallpaper. Then I thought, "Oh Christ, what else did he see?" LOL!
