This is driving me mad, and I thought someone on the flist is bound to know...
According to this site, Anthony Andrews was in Cambridge Spies. Now I know I'm probably distracted every time by the wonder that is Sam West as AnthonyBurgess Blunt (ETA: Oops!), but can I really have watched it all the way through several times without noticing Anthony Andrews?
He has a very distinctive way of speaking that I'm sure I'd recognise. Unless he didn't have any lines. ::boggles::
