owlyscribblings' brilliant fic the people you meet (the things are also people). It's very cleverly done - the style is pure Douglas Adams, and Ford and Arthur are perfect, but she's somehow got Rose and the Ninth Doctor down pat as well. Find out what happens when Arthur's apparently neverending quest for a cup of tea intersects with Rose and the Doctor shopping for supplies... The first two parts are up; I can't wait for the third (and final) part.
