Even if it's barely there, intermittemt toothache? Not convinced. I think I only gave in because I was worried it'd develop into fullblown raging toothache on a Saturday night or Sunday morning. *g*
It went fine, BTW.The problem was a massive cavity in an upper molar, with the pain somehow being referred to the lower jaw. The dentist has a new toy: a camera on a probe thingy, with a screen where the patient can see it. He drilled away the surface of the tooth and then showed me the cavity, and my reaction was that whole teams of cavers could get lost in there...
So root treatment. And I had to take 3 grammes of amoxycillin before he'd do anything, because of my heart murmer. Three grammes! Next appointment on Monday, when hopefully, the job will get finished. The rest of my teeth, thankfully, are in reasonable shape. Whew!
