Oh god, what a nightmare. Go you for trying to get them back. Could you go back over in a little while, once the idiot child has calmed down (and don't even get me started on rotten children) and try again? And if they still won't give you the kittens, tell them you're calling the Humane Society, then do it. Good luck and let us know what happens.
