Taking a leaf out of inlovewithnight's book...

...and listing five joyful things for today:

• Pablo being much better today.  He has cat flu, but the antibiotics and anti-inflammatory pills that I'm managing to get down his throat seem to have stopped it from becoming serious.  And Billy and Pix are okay so far.  ::crosses fingers::
• going for a 20-min walk straight after work.  Dropped my bag off at my car and walked down to the sea.
• getting the payment details settled for an mp3 player I bought on eBay on Tuesday.  It has a 20GB hard disc and will be my combined birthday present form parents and brother.  Yay for portable music and audio books!
• No rain today.  Which means that the dining room wall didn't leak. And I'm meeting the (surprisingly attractive) person from next dooron Saturday to sort out repairs to the roof. Heh.
  
• New Nine Inch Nails music - especially Something I Can Never Have. ::waves to glinda_north::
